All Delhi NCR orders are dispatched and delivered within 4-5 days of order confirmation. Orders for Rest of India are delivered in 6-8 working days from the date of order. Tracking details and Partner details for your orders are sent to you via mail or WhatsApp Number upon dispatch of your order. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number sent to you via mail. (Usual minimum and maximum delivery time is 3 and 10 days respectively)

If you feel the product is defective or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.

In the case of breakage or any transit damage, please send a picture of the product via Whatsapp us mentioned below and it will be taken care of immediately.

Once you receive the parcel with in a day , please make a parcel opening video showing all 4 corners. please don't move your camera left right or zoom in & out to show the products.

if there is no opening video , no claim for anything is missing or break any thing

if there is no one to shoot the video, then please fix your phone at a clear angle showing all 4 corners throught the video (its very important to show full package all the time).
