If you feel the product is defective or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.

In the case of breakage or any transit damage, please send a picture of the product via Whatsapp us mentioned below and it will be taken care of immediately.

We welcome replacements on the following terms -

• A wrong product has been dispatched and in the even that a product does not match the itemselected during order confirmation
• If the product is received in a damaged condition.

Unboxing video is mandatory :-

Once you receive the parcel with in a day , please make a parcel opening video showing all 4 corners. Please don't move your camera left right or zoom in & out to show the products.

• If there is no opening video , no claim for anything is missing or break any thing 
• if there is no one to shoot the video, then please fix your phone at a clear angle showing all 4 corners throught the video (its very important to show full package all the time).
• No guarantee for damages in transit (already mentioned in bio).
